ICore Positioning — Evidence Map (v1)

Positioning statement (testable form):

Status: Doctrine Extends: USCP (constitutional primitives) Spec family: Reference Document (positioning evidence, not a frozen constitutional spec) Canonical form: CBOR-LD manifest + Ed25519Signature2020 (linked-data proof)

**ICore is the constitutional foundation for trustworthy intelligence: sovereign, portable, and governed by transparent code — not opaque vendors.**

"Universal" is earned, not claimed: portability (replaceable implementations, standards-anchored), sovereignty (no servers, offline-first), trustworthiness (governance by code, verifiable by anyone). "Future-proof" is rendered as durable: vendor-independent, standards-anchored, post-quantum-ready. Value = adoption, conformance growth, and contributed artifacts — commerce is optional, never a driver.

External validators (2–3 most credible)

ValidatorVehicleWhy credible
**W3C**Public DID/VC interop profile (Agreed Next #3); conformance to CBOR-LD, Data Integrity, VC, WASMICore's canonical form and proof suite are already W3C Recommendations — conformance is citable, not self-claimed
**Independent technical review (G8)**Open review of the constitution + conformance suites + one reproduced artifactThird-party reproduction is the strongest claim-checker (credibility = independent verification)
**Live adopters**Adopter #1 LifePioneer (v17); adopter #2 pilot (G7)Deployment under real constraints is evidence no spec page can fake

Optional, not drivers

Invariant for this map

Any claim ICore makes publicly MUST appear in the table above with a live artifact and a dated external anchor — or be marked "aspirational". Unverifiable claims are the top reputational risk.
